Competing against youth exhibitors from all breeders, our Dorper youth had outstanding results.  Payton Nix placed 4^th in Beginner’s Showmanship, while Rowan Baird placed 4^th in Group 11 Showmanship.  Ethan Peterson placed 4^th in Group 12 Showmanship.

In the Logo contest, Rowan Baird placed 4^th in the Senior division, while Payton Nix placed 4^th in Beginners’ division.  Rowan Baird finished 4^th in the Ad Layout, Senior division and Payton Nix won the Poster contest for the Beginner’s division.  In the Photo contest, Ethan Peterson and Rowan Baird each placed 4^th, while Rowan Baird also finished 4^th in the T-Shirt, Senior division.

   Congratulations to all Dorper exhibitors for making this an outstanding debut for our breeds in the All-American Junior Show, where 1,800 sheep and hundreds of youngsters came together for fun, education, and competition.  Next year its “on to Michigan”!
